Located in Englewood, Ohio, Price Termite and Pest Control Inc. is a family-owned and operated pest control company which was established in 1988 by James Price following his retirement from North America Aviation, Columbus. The company is licensed and insured.

When James passed in 1996, his son Randy Price took over the company. Randy ran the company while at the same time protecting his community as a local police officer until his retirement in 2004 . In the 23 years that Randy owned Price Termite and Pest Control Inc., his goal was to build a trusting relationship with his customers. He strived to provide his customers with affordable, safe, and effective service/treatment.

In 2019, when Randy was unable to continue running the company due to declining health, his daughter Kelly Price Morter and her husband Nathan (Nate)  Morter, took over the company. Kelly and Nate are working hard to continue the legacy and integrity of her father and grandfather and provide the best possible service to their customers.
